All you need to do is pack the item and send it back to us, without having to explain why you want to return it. The only thing you have to remember is to to fill out the "return form" online or print no1 attachment from our Terms and Conditions. You will send your money back within maximum 3 days.
FAST EXCHANGE
Your choice was not entirely perfect? No problem! You can exchange the product you ordered in a blink of an eye, for a 100% contentment! Simply send it back to us and we will replace it with something that will suit you better! You have 21 days to do that. Remember to let us know by email before sending the product back. You will receive the new one within a couple of days!
WARRANTYA
A 2 year warranty applies to all LOVENUE brushes - so that you don't need to worry using them! Just treat them the same way we made them - with pleasure and care! Let us know it the product you purchased is not compatible with your order or turns out different than described online - we will exchange it immediately!

SilBlender - the new generation tool!
A sponge with a beneficial effect on a skin – unscented, hipoallergic and antibacterial. Thermoplastic protective layer guarantees maximum softness, flexibility and durability, making it water-, grease- and wear-resistant. The homogenous structure helps keep its elasticity - in spite of being rubbed and twisted it preserves its original shape.
Silisponge – the sponge is 100% cruelty-free, made from the best quality silicone, guarantees a perfect distribution of a foundation even around the toughest areas - the chin, the sides of the nose and lip corners.
Applying makeup with the Silisponge makes the skin look radiant and simply impeccable.
