All you need to do is pack the item and send it back to us, without having to explain why you want to return it. The only thing you have to remember is to to fill out the "return form" online or print no1 attachment from our Terms and Conditions. You will send your money back within maximum 3 days.

Your choice was not entirely perfect? No problem! You can exchange the product you ordered in a blink of an eye, for a 100% contentment! Simply send it back to us and we will replace it with something that will suit you better! You have 21 days to do that. Remember to let us know by email before sending the product back. You will receive the new one within a couple of days!
WARRANTYA
A 2 year warranty applies to all LOVENUE brushes - so that you don't need to worry using them! Just treat them the same way we made them - with pleasure and care! Let us know it the product you purchased is not compatible with your order or turns out different than described online - we will exchange it immediately!

Otrzymywany w wyniku polimeryzacji chlorku winylu - polimer syntetyczny z grupy polimerów winylowych. Zawiera podwójne wiązania węglowe(C=C), których łańcuchy główne składają się z atomów węgla powiązanych pojedynczymi wiązaniami. Te szczególne ułożenie wiązań nadaje wyjątkowe właściwości materiału takie jak elastyczność, miękkość oraz lekkość.
Ponad 25 lat doświadczenia, pomogły w odkryciu i produkcji najlepszego możliwego materiału do stworzenia kępek.
Zastosowanie:
- Kępki zaleca się przyklejać po uprzednim oczyszczeniu skóry i wykonaniu makijażu.
- Za pomocą pęsety ostrożnie wyciągamy z opakowania pojedyńczą kępkę rzęs.
- Końcówkę kępki zanurzamy w kleju, a gdy klej będzie już wystarczająco lepki, przyciskamy ją do powieki oka, zwracając szczególną uwagę, by znalazła się jak najbliżej naturalnej linii rzęs.
- Kontynuujemy aplikację kępęk aż do uzyskania pożądanego efektu zmieniając w zależności od pożądanego efektu długość kępki.
Sposób czyszczenia i pielęgnacji:
- Przyklejone kępki czyścimy przy użyciu zimnej wody. Zastosowanie do tego celu preparatu na bazie oleju może spowodować rozmiękczenie / rozpuszczenie kleju.
- Z kępkami obchodzimy się delikatnie - nie trzemy intensywnie podczas wycierania ręcznikiem oraz unikamy kontaktu z gorącym powietrzem (sauna)
Usuwanie:
- Kępki usuwamy przy użyciu niewielkiej ilości specjalnego płynu.
- W przypadku nieprawidłowej aplikacji kępki, nie odrywamy rzęs, tylko usuwamy je za pomocą płynu!
